Hi, I'm Trish, I started my fitness journey in 2016 as a boxing coach and it was there, I found my passion.
I am a HUGE advocate for mental health and love promoting the benefits of exercise for improved mental health.
I am an official IABA level 1 boxing coach, Relentless Training Coach (RT24), Pound Pro and Strength & Conditioning Coach for Templeogue Synge Street U/14 to Minor Ladies GAA teams.
I teach a variety of classes including Boxfit, Kettlebells, Circuit Training, HIIT, RT24, Poundfit & Functional Training, always targeting total body in each session.
I have been involved in DCSWP Change for Life programmes the past 3 years and found it a great way to get people of all different ages & abilities, male & female to get active in their communities.
I am really looking forward to 2021 Change for Life programme and although this year will be very different for us all I hope you will all be joining me every Monday lunchtime & Tuesday evening for some fun and energetic fitness classes with a variety to kick start your week with a bang!
