Hello, I’m Liagh of EveryDay Yoga Ireland. I have been a Yogi since my Mum taught us Yoga as children.
Over the years & through many of life's challenges, my Yoga practice has helped keep me grounded, stay flexible & feel less anxious.
Yoga has helped me through years of cycling, running, hiking, through work & personal stresses, through cancer treatment & more besides.
I believe in YOGA FOR ALL - that everyone can 'do' Yoga if they are breathing & have a body! No matter what age or stage of life we are at, Yoga can help us all bring some ease into body, mind & spirit. Yoga needs to be accessible & fun too.
Moving our bodies on & off the Yoga mat, focusing on our breath, taking a break from life’s many distractions & tasks is super beneficial for our physical, mental & emotional health - now more than ever.
I have been involved in DCSWP Change for Life before & loved being able to share the magic of Yoga with people who previously thought Yoga just wasn't "for them".
So join me every Friday lunchtime - let's unwind on our mats together, focus on our breath & have a lil Yoga fun.
