Starting on the first cone, accelerate forward, partner will call a colour, keep your head up, stay square, step early and accelerate through the coloured gates. Progress this challenge by adding a ball, your partner will pass you the ball on the move. To complete 1 round, you must run through all coloured gates, stepping off your right and left foot.
